Business Licenses

To obtain a home-based business license, please visit City Hall during normal business hours.  To obtain a commercial business license, please contact Mr. Todd Kennedy with the Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission.  For commercial business licenses, please also see our Impact Fee page for information regarding new construction and possible business change of use assessments.

All businesses with alcohol sales (new or renewal) MUST be completed on the GA Centralized Alcohol Licensing Portal.
