Comprehensive Plan

A comprehensive plan, also known as a master plan, general plan, or community plan, is a medium-term document that outlines a community's goals, objectives, policies, and strategies for the future.  It's a vision for the community's future and the steps needed to achieve that vision.  Comprehensive plans can affect the city's layout and landscape for many years to come.
