Fire Department

Fire protection in the City of Flemington is provided through an intergovernmental agreement with the Hinesville Fire Department.  

About the Department

The Hinesville Fire Department utilizes two fire stations and is comprised of 53 paid members and two administrative staff. Chief Robert Kitchings has a proactive approach to fire prevention, training and education. The Hinesville Fire Department has an Insurance Services Office (ISO) Public Protection Classification (PPC) rating of Class 3.
