Meeting Agendas & Minutes

As the legislative branch of the City of Flemington government, the Council holds open public meetings where local laws, policies, and basic decisions for the city are discussed and decided. Council members are elected at large.

City Council meetings are held at Flemington City Hall the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4:30 pm. City Hall is located at 156 Old Sunbury Road. All meetings are open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.

Notice for all public meetings, along with agendas, are posted in advance of the meeting. Minutes are posted after adoption (whether as written or with corrections) no later than the next regularly scheduled Council Meeting.

Note: Minutes prior to June 2016 & agendas prior to FY20 are archived and are not available online. For copies of historical minutes, please submit an Open Records Request ("ORR"). Document retrieval would exceed 15 minutes and therefore incur processing charges for delivering an ORR containing historical minutes.
